Heat Treatment: In-house capabilities include carburizing and quenching, high-frequency inductionhardening, and nitriding. Masters core technologies for deformation control of thin-walled parts post-carburizing and bore/plane hardening.

Specialized NDT: Equipped with the German Fraunhofer non-destructive case depth/hardness tester andthe Barkhausen grinding burn detection system (rarely found in standard gear factories).
CMM & Gear Measurement: Features large Zeiss CMMs (measuring range: 3000×6000×2000mm), Hexagon CMMs, and Klingelnberg P152 & Gleason M&M professional gear inspection centers.
