[Core Manufacturing Capabilities & Data] Max Machining Capacity: Cylindrical gears up to 3000mm in outer diameter; spiral bevel gears up to1250mm. Highest Precision: Reaches German standard DIN 3962/3965 Class 4 to 5, with surface roughness Ra 0.4. Machining Equipment Matrix: Equipped with German Hoefler RAPID/HELIX profile gear grindingmachines, Liebherr LCS 1200, and Japanese O-M vertical turning/milling centers. Bevel Gear Systems: Fully compatible with and capable of processing Klingelnberg, Gleason, and Oerlikon bevel gear systems. [Materials & Special Processes] Common Steels: Proficient in processing special alloy steels such as 17CrNiMo6, 18CrNiMo7-6, 42CrMoA,and 20CrNi2Mo. Heat Treatment: In-house capabilities include carburizing and quenching, high-frequency inductionhardening, and nitriding. Masters core technologies for deformation control of thin-walled parts post-carburizing and bore/plane hardening. [Quality Assurance System] Specialized NDT: Equipped with the German Fraunhofer non-destructive case depth/hardness tester andthe Barkhausen grinding burn detection system (rarely found in standard gear factories). CMM & Gear Measurement: Features large Zeiss CMMs (measuring range: 3000×6000×2000mm), Hexagon CMMs, and Klingelnberg P152 & Gleason M&M professional gear inspection centers.
